The team here is very helpful, empathetic and friendly! I was temporarily in wroclaw and needed to weigh myself for an experiment without needing a full gym membership, and they helped me set everything up and even gave me advice on propper fasted state to use the weighing machine. No ego. No rudeness. No forcing to pay an entrance fee to use a scale for 5 mins. Just friendly and competent service. It was Szymon, Michal, and the other kind petite girl whose name i forgot. Top notch management and very proffessional customer service. This is how you grow a customer-facing business. More polish businesses should learn from this team. If i set up a permanent base in wroclaw, this will be my gym 100%. Thanks guys !

I wanted but i can not give five stars because after 3 months of visiting this gym i can say that air on the lower floor is always too heavy and if its even hot you feel like you are about to vomit. Otherwise equipment is nice and kept in good condition.

As visitors of Wroclaw this is a nice gym. Very big, clean and a lot of machines. Entering the gym is a bit difficult for tourists. As you need an app, account with ID number and you can only make the payment by creditcard. You also get a 24 hours pass for free, but they asked us to make a 5-star review right away. When we said that wanted to visit the gym first, we got a weird look. Once your in, it is all okay and the 4 star review is well deserved.

Dear Management, I have been a member of your gym for the past two months. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred after my workout on Saturday morning. After finishing my workout and returning to the changing room, I discovered that my bag, which contained my food and personal belongings, was missing. I immediately reported the matter to the reception desk and requested assistance, including a review of the CCTV footage to determine what had happened. Unfortunately, the response I received from the reception staff was very disappointing and unprofessional. I was told, “I don’t have time to review the CCTV now.” As a paying member, I expected my concern to be treated seriously and handled with urgency. Instead, I felt that my complaint was dismissed without proper attention or empathy. I understand that staff may have other responsibilities; however, incidents involving the loss of members’ belongings should be treated as a priority. The manner in which my concern was addressed has left me feeling upset and has negatively affected my confidence in the safety and customer service standards of your establishment. I respectfully request that management: 1. Conduct an immediate review of the CCTV footage from the changing room area during the relevant time period. 2. Investigate the disappearance of my belongings thoroughly. 3. Provide me with an update regarding the outcome of the investigation. 4. Address the customer service issue to ensure that members receive appropriate assistance and professionalism in similar situations. I have enjoyed being a member of your gym and hope this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally. I look forward to receiving your response and an update on the investigation. Praise to the gym and cleanliness at all times of the day. What I want to warn future users about is what type of membership fee they charge. Since I am a foreign national and did not need a long-term membership fee, I purchased a flexible pass that is billed monthly. This type of pass must be canceled on time, as there is a one-month cancellation period. In case you buy in one month, cancel in time because there is a chance that the membership fee will be charged in the following period, at least once more.
