Rockstar Pole Fitness in Westminster, Colorado shows 4.8 from 109 reviews, and its five written reviews consistently praise owner Jenna and several named instructors for building a genuinely inclusive studio, alongside one specific, detailed complaint about a different instructor's classroom conduct.

A Detailed Complaint About a Specific Instructor's Treatment of a Student

Aveena Axel's review is the most detailed here, and it's worth reading carefully since it names two very different experiences: "Ashley was AMAZING! I took two classes with her, both flexy fit and Lyra. She's funny, down to earth, and so easy to learn from! After having such great experiences I decided to come in for a class with Rebecca, pole level one, and had an entirely different experience. I watched her interact rudely with a girl who was late, telling her to do 25 burpees since she missed the warm up, and when the girl asked her 'are you serious or joking?' Rebecca rudely scoffs and says 'of course I'm serious, I don't have time for this, I'm not going to do this with you right now,' and just overall very weird, bad vibes. I know whose class to avoid moving forward." I'd flag this directly as a specific, credible account of one instructor's classroom conduct toward a specific student over lateness, distinct from the studio's overall culture, which this same reviewer and several others describe very positively.

A Detailed Account of the Owner's Welcoming Culture and Program Variety

Kaitlyn Ruff's review describes overcoming initial intimidation: "I am so happy I found this studio. I had always wanted to try pole dancing but was intimidated. Jenna and her team of amazing instructors has made this experience so fun. I feel like I'm learning a lot and get good feedback and instruction on how to improve. In addition to pole, there are lyra, hoop classes, all sorts of strength and flexibility classes, even a handstand class, and lots of choreo and floor work classes." I'd note that program breadth directly, since it confirms the studio offers substantially more than pole classes alone.

A Detailed Account of a Specific Instructor's Inclusive Teaching Style

Tiffany Rosengrant's review, drawing on her own background as a former Zumba instructor and current DJ, praises both atmosphere and a specific instructor: "The staff are incredible, the owner Jenna is kind, caring and makes everyone feel very welcome. Ashley, aka Ash, is a phenomenal Lyra and Pole Instructor. She makes everyone of all sizes, shapes and genders feel very comfortable, and confident, and is very helpful, lighthearted and funny, and encouraging to everyone." I'd treat that "all sizes, shapes, and genders" framing as a specific, meaningful inclusivity claim, not just a general compliment.

Additional Accounts of Spacious Facilities and a Supportive Community for Visitors

Elizabeth Ellis's review describes a spacious studio where she never feels like she's in someone else's way, alongside a strong sense of community even with infrequent attendance. Lili Girodie's review adds an out-of-town visitor's perspective, describing three classes taken during a Denver dance weekend as excellent, with a supportive environment she looks forward to returning to.

What's Missing

Nothing here confirms whether the specific conduct Aveena described from instructor Rebecca reflects a one-off incident or a pattern, since no other review specifically addresses her teaching style. No review states exact class or membership pricing beyond Kaitlyn's general characterization of the prices as reasonable.

Who It's Not For

Anyone specifically enrolling in a level-one pole class who wants to confirm the instructor in advance, given one detailed, specific complaint about a particular instructor's harsh response to a late student. Anyone who needs exact pricing before joining, since no review gives a specific figure.

Definitely full of herself and thinks she’s so far above other people she can treat them poorly, sad to see, I was really starting to love this studio ! I know who’s class to avoid moving forward.

There's a variety of classes offered- pole flow/choreo, tricks, lyra, hammock, flexibility, and strength classes. The pole studio is spacious and I don't feel like I'm getting in someone else's way when I dance. Every instructor has been friendly, encouraging, and will push you to become better/stronger in a fun, safe way. Even without going very frequently, I still feel a sense of community in class and you can tell that everyone there, both instructors & fellow students, wants you to succeed.

I am so happy I found this studio. I had always wanted to try pole dancing but was intimidated. Jenna and her team of amazing instructors has made this experience so fun. I feel like I'm learning a lot and get good feedback and instruction on how to improve. I love goals and progression so this program is really great for me and it is fun! In addition to pole, there are lyra (hoop) classes, all sorts of strength and flexibility classes, even a handstand class, and lot of choreo/floor work classes (haven't done this yet but look forward to it)! There's all sorts of things to try and everyone is very nice. The prices are very reasonable considering all they offer and the quality of instruction.

I absolutely love this studio! As a former Zumba Instructor and a current DJ I fully appreciate the aesthetics, atmosphere, and music selection. The staff are incredible, the owner Jenna is kind, caring and makes everyone feel very welcome. The instructors are highly skilled and take time to help each student individually in class to make sure everyone can get the moves. Ashley (aka Ash) is a phenomenal Lyra and Pole Instructor. If you are going to take a class (or want private instructions) I highly recommend taking one with her, she makes everyone of all sizes, shapes and genders feel very comfortable, and confident and is very helpful, lighthearted and funny, and encouraging to everyone.

All great classes with great instructors and the most supportive environment - I am very much looking forward to coming back in the future ✨
