This facility offers access to a gym, studio, pool, bath, sauna, and massage chairs, all for a monthly membership fee. I was able to walk in the pool while recovering from an injury, which was incredibly helpful! Please continue to be a facility that helps maintain and improve the health of local residents, including myself!!

I joined Holiday 13 years ago. I joined three months after being diagnosed with terminal cancer and undergoing major surgery. When I was discharged from the hospital, I was advised to do moderate exercise, and since I also enjoy swimming, the fact that they had a pool was very appealing. Once I started going, I found it so enjoyable that before I knew it, I was spending the whole day there. I lost 15 kilograms, and I've become very healthy without any recurrence. Holiday is a lifesaver for me, and I can only express my deepest gratitude.

I made a trip to the Kodaira branch to see an instructor who had taught me before! I also participated in a studio class, and although I was a little nervous at first because the atmosphere was different from other branches, everyone was so welcoming that I was able to join in and have fun right away. It's such a warm and friendly branch. I'd love to visit again!

I started coming here with the firm resolve to seriously lose weight, and it's almost been two years now. I'm still far from my goal, but I've lost 25kg! Thank you, Ms. Suzuki, for your advice! Thank you, Ms. Sasaki, for your constant smile! All the other staff, including the receptionists and cleaning staff, are wonderful. Even though I don't know their names, the members I see are very important to me; I feel at ease when I see them. This is a place that has changed me and a place where I can recharge. I look forward to continuing to be here! I'm giving it 4 stars in the hope that more swimming programs will be added in the future.
