I like the relaxing yoga that I get to go to Every Tuesday and Thursday nights. Jennifer is excellent and easily shows how to breathe with movements.

Great place to do exercise then structure is wonderful specially the sit down exercise

Standard YMCA gym. Good classes like yoga, Tai chi, etc.

Good place, comfortable atmosphere, not pretentious at all. It shares with most gyms the unfortunate fact of obnoxious music played unreasonably loudly, sometimes too much for my nose cancelling headphones even.

Their hours are limited. Most of the gyms and even other YMCAs are open on Sundays but this Yolo County YMCA does not! On Saturdays, this YMCA closes by 2 pm whereas most fitness centers and other YMCAs open until 10 pm on weekends. The operating hours of this YMCA is only for retired people.
