Love it, love it, love it!! Started the 8 week over 50's programme never having been in a gym before! Learnt so much by the amazing personal coaches who coach in small teams!! Not only do I have confidence in trying out the amazing gym equipment! I feel so much stronger and fitter! Never did I think I would be saying that I actually look forward to my morning gym sessions! Tailored to your own fitness and strength, enjoying the company of the small group, I have now rejoined on a continuous membership!! Thank you Dynamic x

I joined the Academy programme of Dynamix Fitness in November 25. This is working out in small groups under the care and attention of a personal training coach at each session. I can’t emphasise enough how well these sessions are run. The coaches are all highly skilled and they really do focus on your progress. Personally this is the best gym I have ever attended and it is my intention to continue working out at Dynamix Fitness for many years to come. I am 57 and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their general level of fitness.

Joining the academy at Dynamix has been the best decision I have made for my fitness. Their trainers are great, personable and full of knowledge. The gym is incredibly well equipped and Kia and his team do an amazing job at accommodating individual needs in session's pushing you on.

I've been going to this gym now since Christmas. All of the equipment is of a great quality, condition and is layed out really well. The PT's are all friendly, helpful and informative. The gym is never so busy you can't get on anything. This was a massive issue with other gyms I've been too. Great lighting and sound system too!
