Clean, friendly & professional environment to train in! The staff are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. On site supplement shop, that caters for all your needs. (Highly recommend the Amino Pump) Excellent diet/weight loss & nutrition plans. The equipment is constantly updated & kept in excellent condition. The only gym I've trained in that offers a Chromotherapy Sauna! Broad range of classes that caters for all! Highly recommend this gym, no other gym in the area comes close!!💪💪

Best gym I've ever trained at, not only is the equipment high quality and well looked after, the owners and staff are truly invested in seeing their members achieve the results they want. I've been a member of many gyms in the past, and only when I came to dynamix was I shown what I had been doing wrong the whole time, needless to say within a year of training here I went from 24stone to 18stone, which would not have happened anywhere I had trained before! 🤙

What can I say by far the best gym in folkestone. Staff and other members are very friendly and helpful. By far the best equipment for variation and quality. Would recommend to anyone
