I have been training in this dojo for 6 years. It's not only amazing for your fitness, stamina, confidence, and discipline but also feels like a social club. The people are genuine, friendly, and support each other in their growth. I definitely recommend this place if you want to try an addictive sport in a fun, safe, casual environment.

I love this club, as they are genuinely the most thoughtful, kind and welcoming group of people I've ever seen. As a massive BJJ fan, I originally joined because they were the closest club to my flat after I moved to London. Still, I found the club's ethos so refreshingly warm and welcoming that I got involved with as many different classes as possible. I recommend Adam's Beginner kickboxing classes and Tom's BJJ classes for all levels. They structure their sessions well and ensure you get a great workout whilst incorporating plenty of techniques and drills.

I've been training here for 5-6 years and I absolutely love it. Karate-based kickboxing which is heavily underpinned by an ethos of respect, discipline, and hard work. A very safe learning environment with caring, good natured instructors. Attracts a really great bunch of people; everyone is kind and friendly, and there is a wealth of martial arts experience in the room to learn from - all of which somewhat takes the edge off being kicked in the face from time to time ;) Highly recommend!

Best Dojo in London by far. I've tried most kickboxing classes in town and even though I have to travel from quite far I really don't mind. Everyone is very friendly and the level of training is so good for a very competitive price. The progression system really get's you in a position to improve and teachers are super professional and helpful to reach whatever your goal is. So happy I've found this place! 100000 stars

Great facilities and great community Gym. People are very friendly. Classes taught by handpicked students, which is underwhelming if you already have any experience in combat sports. I was yellow belt picking apart there blue belts. If you are looking to do competitions and compete, then this gym isn't for you. Classes are not intense but you will get to a decent level of fitness which suits most of the regular that are there. Recommended if you like neat and tidy gyms just want to be able to tell your mates you do kickboxing
