Best of the best!! Met with Gary to train for the first time in August. Now, just 7 weeks later, 12 lbs. lighter, and so much stronger, I'm on track to reach my goal weight for my daughter's wedding in December. I'm not stopping there........ on my way to the best shape of my life! At 53, I'm off of the couch for good and feel great!
