the receptionists are hell. if the staff are talking you should stand there and wait untill they finish gossiping, then they MIGHT look at you. service? never! you should dream to get anything near service. they just answer yes or no. i couldn’t sign up for one of the classes and i asked receptionist to help me sign up, she said just download the app and do it yourself. i couldn’t sign up so my abono was wasted! i couldn’t go to the classes. if you need help the receptionist won’t even look at you until she finishes watching something on her phone. the toilet and showers are terrible, always dirty as hell. just terrible
The changing rooms need to be refurbished and need much more attention to hygiene and cleaning. The machines need cleaning, some of them are constantly smelling. The staff on the reception are not particularly friendly. The classes and the timetable of the classes are good.
