Definitely the best gym in Reykjavik! It feels more private and quiet. The changing rooms are always tidy and there's a lot of space with mirrors. They even have hair straightener and curler for hair. They have blue lagoon cosmetics in the shower area to use. I appreciate there's always free coffee and the reception and housekeeping staff is always so kind. Only one time when is too crowdy is of course between 3-7pm, but except that feels like private gym. Highly recommend place! ❤️
i do not understand why people gave few stars to this nice high level gym. i searched for a good training point for a while but all the gyms in reykjavik are either cramped or not paying attention to the people, Hreyfing was recommended to me by... chat gpt so i totally have to thank to AI technology for finding for me exactely what i was searching for. The photo is taken in the spa area but the gym is leveled on three floors with sauna in each locker room. The sauna in the spa is with infrared and a piece of advice : ehat for 15 min till u start sweating
Excellent sports complex with a gym, running tracks, halls for group yoga, fitness and dance classes. Lots of sports equipment for any occasion. Always clean and excellent service. There is a steam bath, sauna and hot pot. At the entrance there is a cocktail protein bar. The locker rooms and showers are clean and comfortable.
Its high quality sports club. with qualified trainers. and if you have a medical condition you can register on the spot with a physiotherapist.
Nice relaxing spa in the city! The waiting/chill area is super nice, and massage staff were really great, calming, experienced and professional.
