I joined Vitality full-time back in October and it has been the BEST experience. I began to use the sauna weekly and have seen mind-blowing results, including an increase in my skin health and muscle recovery. The owner and staff are the absolute sweetest and genuinely care about making sure you have a positive experience. The environment is very friendly, uplifting, and encouraging. I was able to make a few friends through going as well! I could not recommend Vitality more, it really made me place a focus on my wellness and I'm so grateful it's accessible to me.
I have personally struggled with edema in my foot/ankle area for the last 20 years. I have gotten in the ballancer pro (the lymphatic drainage suit) 3x and I can't remember the last time my feet/ankle looked this good, it's like I am back to normal even when taking flights and being in a hotter tropical environment! I love Vitality and the top notch service and attention to detail the staff grace me with!
