With Pilates against back / neck pain! The only reason I started Pilates in September 2019 was to get my chronic neck pain under control. So I was looking for a professional studio. I started with a trial lesson and another 10 individual lessons (on the reformer) at PilatesZeit in order to learn the basics correctly from the start. This is an investment that has absolutely paid off and that I can only recommend to beginners. Then I took part in group courses for Pilates on the mat and on the reformer. I trained once a week for the first four months, then twice a week for the next six months. After these 10 months I have no more chronic back / neck pain and I am absolutely thrilled! So if you also have back / neck problems, Pilates can reduce and even get rid of them. First and foremost, this requires patience and determination on the part of oneself, but also professional guidance, which I found at PilatesZeit. The training is so good for my body that I will definitely continue with Pilates and have more and more fun with it. Since July 2020 I have tried other courses at PilatesZeit and I am very excited about Xtend Barre because it combines elements from Pilates, fitness and ballet. Another positive effect of exercising is of course that my whole body has become firmer, tighter and more defined. The entire PilatesZeit team is on the one hand very professional and competent and on the other hand relaxed, so that you immediately feel in good hands there. In addition, all my inquiries were always answered and processed very quickly and in a friendly manner. Many thanks to the entire PilatesZeit team!
I met Cindy Vandevyver When my cousin (a pilates instructor and owner of her own studio) came to visit me in Düsseldorf and was looking for a classic pilates instructor. I was curious as to why she insisted into getting private sessions only with Cindy Vandevyver, so I attended the session and within 10 minutes I knew what I had been doing was NOT pilates. I signed up immediately with Cindy, my husband and son (American Football quarterback with the Düsseldorf Panthers) are all doing Pilates with Cindy and at PilatesZeit, so if you are looking for classical pilates the way it was originally intended with Gratz machines and an instructor that will improve your posture, body alignment and athletic performance look no further than PilatesZeit.
Greetings from unfriendliness! You hardly get the people on the phone and if they do, then they are unpleasant until you can't ..... ATTENTION! For an hour that is canceled in less than 8 hours, an extra fee will be charged ... also at USC and 10-card holders. The biggest disappointment, however, was that it doesn't matter what the reason was. I came to the hospital that day (was a total exception that I canceled) and even offered to show them the certificate from the hospital. However, it just said I had to follow the guidelines. Thank you for the wonderful understanding that is not there. Clearly only fixated on the money and not on the well-being of the participants.
I am one of the residents and have to listen to "Three two one ... etc." even on weekends in the morning, even though my windows are closed. Honestly, please close the window, I don't want to hear any employees screaming when I want to sleep in at the weekend
