Very nice gym. Has everything I need, and more. Working with personal trainer Mike enables me to do twice as much in 1 hour than I could do by myself. He is knowledgeable, skillful, and can vary the workout so it's not "routine" or boring. He addresses my needs and concerns. Good experience with results.
Classes are fun; you don't even feel as if you are working out. Clean facilities.

I like this gym. Not much frills, but everything you could need. I like that it's never packed to the point where you are always waiting for machines which has been my experience with many other gyms. All of the machines are always working and clean. Staff always says hello and goodbye. Happy to be a member here.
New to the club, I hired Tyler as my trainer. He's intelligent, courteous and inspirational. The best part is that he's creative and considerate enough to work with and around my multiple joint limitations.
Friendly atmosphere, sauna, great classes, childcare, great personal trainer and gym rates. I am glad to have chosen this gym.
