Very true to home Mom-and-Pop shop. My order came with a mistake and the owner worked with me with such a good attitude. Very good communication, as he called me back to show immediate concern. He also is very prompt with email responses. High spirited about the industry and professional. The products sold are high quality brands, and I liked the Injoy inhouse brand of the Lemon Haze cart. I think my favorite is the Gelato disposable by Treetop Hemp Co, as the draw is very robust as well as the rechargeable battery port included. I highly recommend checking out this store, and definitely come around or shop online during the holidays for the best specials 😉
Very poor customer service. I paid for two day delivery and ordered on a Tuesday and now it's the following Sunday morning and I still don't have my product. I have written the customer care team about three times now because they refuse to take responsibility (they keep blaming FedEx, when after reviewing tracking info and talking with FedEx, it is clearly a mistake with Injoy Extracts). They reply back with just wait until you receive your product and you'll be so happy. They make no acknowledgement of the weekend plans they ruined and make no offer to refund just the shipping fee even after I kindly suggested it.
