Fantastic gym! Lovely owners, friendly atmosphere, much cleaner and better maintained than big chain gyms. Would highly recommend!

Mike & Eddie are kind. The gym is very clean and I appreciate what they have built here. they're very welcoming despite me being ND and a bit socially awkward ☺️

This gym has everything a serious fitness enthusiast would want, while also having a wonderful and inviting atmosphere for those who are just getting started. This would be my go-to gym if I lived closer. I ended up using Balance Fitness for a few days during lunch break while I served on jury duty across the street. My experience with the staff was awesome as well.

This gym is by far the best gym I have ever joined. The space is perfect. It’s not to big and not to small. With bigger gyms I felt overwhelmed and out of my element. The equipment t is nice, gym is very clean and the members are very friendly. I also love that it is locally owned so I know my money is going to a small business owner. The owners Mike and Eddie are so warm and welcoming. I love the Zumba classes and the girls that come to the class.
