Great trainers, great exercises. The girls explain everything thoroughly, remember every member, and even if they're busy, they'll come over and ask how you're doing. They're constantly checking to make sure your technique is correct, and they're also really nice. I recommend them!
A great fitness club. Great (and competent) trainers, decent equipment, a variety of exercises, nutritional support, and regular body measurements. Plus, themed evenings and friendly girls of all ages! I highly recommend it!
A great place for women. A friendly, homey atmosphere with constant coaching. An ideal place for women who want to take care of themselves and their well-being, but don't have much time for traditional, impersonal gyms.
I encourage those still undecided to take part in a trial training session. It's truly worth it. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the trainers are professional. My "adventure" with Miss Sporty has been going on for almost three years now. The results are impressive!
