Super friendly staff. Very clean. Lots of nice people come here. It's like family. The owner Christina is always involved in community causes. I've been a member of many gyms over the years. This is the best. AND Christina puts on a Christmas Luncheon for members each year! Does your gym do that? At Christmas time, staff and members collect gifts for 4 nursing homes in Pickens. Staff delivers the gifts.

I was visiting Jasper for about 2 weeks and wanted to continue my fitness routine. I was able to work out a short term membership. The gym is very nice, the equipment is in good shape and the people (members and staff) are friendly, regular folks, of all ages. I participated in a number of classes - the spin classes (and equipment) are GREAT! Keith is an especially fun instructor, Nikki led a great spin class as well. Also, body pump/body sculpt with Cindy was great. Also, took a yoga class and found the instructor to be very knowledgeable. All the instructors and class participants were welcoming and friendly. I love my "home gym" but I was disappointed to leave Jasper Fitness at the end of my visit. If you live in the Jasper area and are looking for a place to work out and/or take classes - join Jasper Fitness!
My friend had her baby shower in the event space and I thought it was very nice! Super clean and easy to find.
