I used Milestone not only for exercise but for the Oasis Spa. I get regular manicures, pedicures and massages there. Excellent facility! Becca, a Pilates trainer holds wonderful classes for all levels of Pilates instruction. The Aquatic center is among the best in Louisville and has a wide variety of water Aerobics classes.
Baptist Milestone is a wonderful gym. I love going here and working out. It's pretty clean and well taken care of. You actually see the staff and they do a fantastic job. While I haven't attended the classes it seems they are pretty good from what I hear and see while being there. The personal trainers are fantastic. I specifically work with Robert.
I use the therapy pool on a consistent basis and the regulars are very welcoming. Come be part of the FUN!!
Baptist Milestone gym is a clean and well-equipped facility. I never have to wait in line for a treadmill or equipment. Although I haven't tried one yet, there are alot of classes to choose from, and they even have a theragun for recovery days. I also appreciate the towel service, and of course, my favorite part is the hot tub. Every experience I've had at Baptist Milestone has been wonderful. From the membership office staff to the friendly front desk people, the cafe staff, and Maria, who gave me a tour, everyone has been welcoming and helpful. Since I work out frequently and spend a lot of time at the gym, it's a no-brainer for me to join Baptist Milestone. It's definitely on the pricier side, but I really enjoy the facility, so it's worth it to me! I just wish they had a dry sauna too!
This is a very well equipped gym. There is equipment for EVERY level of workout. They have great trainers too, like Rob, who really pushes for your best. From pilates to recovery of injury, they have it covered. Very nice cycling room and running track. The gym is clean and so are the locker rooms. They have a GREAT little cafe for shakes or lunch. I also like the steam room for a reward, for a hard workout. The only Cons are that the lap pool is small and fills up with walkers. The price is also high for a membership, but they do provide a lot of room and equipment for that price.
