This gym recently moved to a much less connected and dynamic neighbourhood. Yet, the management didn't notify their customers by text, email or mail of this important change. So one day I just showed up to the regular place and to my surprise the gym was gone. The management didn't offer to pay any compensation for the days the gym was closed. I requested to cancel my membership because of the relocation, but the management didn't accept. I've been to multiple gyms in the last decade. Old School Gym has by far the worst customer care. The quality of the equipment is not worth the effort of doing business with them.
