Working out with Arwa, you begin to see a difference in your lifestyle within 2 weeks. Even if there is no difference in your weight, your body definitely gets toned up and there is an obvious increase in stamina. Additionally, her workouts & meal plans are not difficult to follow at all. 11/10 would recommend.
