Super place. Highly recommend sports lessons with Tatyana. Very professional. Place has a very nice location and schedule with a variety of lessons. Everyone could find something. Staff 6+, very friendly. You'll enjoy it there. I'm enjoying it ;)

It is big enough for thid part of the city. They have great stuff working there, friendly and helpful. The things I liked: You can excercise Yoga, it has female part to excercise only, it is not crowded especially in the mornings. I like it, be fit by Step! 💪

*to be updated when we try again 😅 On the recommendation of a friend, I decided to try this gym with the goal of meeting new people (since I already have a gym) . I check the website from my phone and: - it doesn't adapt to iPhone 14 Pro. Text is all over so you cannot read well, - when you change the language, only half the information updates - or it could be that it only works in Safari (?) I checked from my laptop, it's better, still no language change but ok. The website recommends that you use the fitness app. I downloaded it. This gym does not appear in the app. I emailed reception. How fun is this already 😅? The receptionist tells me that they do not have an app (ein?). Ok. I signed up via website and put myself on waiting list for Tuesday 1830. 10 people before me. I see that this booking does not appear on my profile, so I asked reception again. Uwaga! They tell me that I need to call them right before the class to see if I have been accepted, the system does not send notifications or emails when you are in. You are expected to check and be ready to run to the gym all day LOL I tell her that I can't be doing that, it makes no sense. She tells me that if I am accepted for a class and I don't appear (maybe because I didn't know), surprise! I get penalised with 25zl 😂 I ended up telling her that maybe I needed a simpler place LOL and she tells me literally "good luck finding the quality of our instructors" 😳 by the way, the instructors are the same people in many gyms around town, including my current gym. I try to cancel the waiting list but the website doesn't work... I share the video with this lovely person. Crickets. I guess I got fined 😂. I don't know if this is the overall atmosphere and customer service at this gym or if maybe it's only this unhelpful and a bit rude person. As I said, I'll update this when I try again.

!?! I walk here 30min under snow and -8 (which already doesn't make this gym the most comfortable), and now they closed their gym for the most comfortable time in lunch when ppl can and want to come!?!?! It's already not the best gym bcs of old equipment and half dead machines, and this was the last drop !
