Poor management and lack of willingness to help solve customer’s complaints. Use locker room at your own risk as other members have a predilection to manhandle somebody’s personal belongings. To top it off you will be greeted with appalling lack of etiquette from certain members leaving a bitter aftertaste to conclude your evening.

Unprofessional environment and managers. Infra is not in adequate condition. Staff is arrogant. Many better options are available in Thane than this.
