Started working out here when my twins were 3yo. Best workout you can find- for your body and brain. I loved it so much after a few years I became an instructor. So welcoming, great exercise, love that it's all women, instructors are kind and energetic- truly my happy place!
What a vibe here! I love the music so much! Very inclusive and comfortable atmosphere! I've never wanted to push through my workouts so much! It's so fun here and truly a great workout. I haven't taken a class that I don't like. Really worth every penny! Early morning and evening classes. First class is free so why not give it a try!
My wife has been going for almost 4 years. She loves the community and the workout routines. Early classes fit our schedule but they have classes all day! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
