It can be scary thought to attend mix martial arts for the first time, it was for me but when I got there every body was very welcoming , I started of with a slight bit of boxing skills but now im on my 4th month and my progression has excelled to be able to do firm boxing combos kicking was my weakness however I have learnt many new techniques which I am currently working to improve . Take downs submission things which are professional movements just really broke down into simple actions which makes the technique then easier to execute in a chain reaction. Johns classes have not only been taught me a lot but also gave me an opportunity to try put it into action in our sparring session straight after , everybody is very considerate in terms of strength and brutality which makes it easier to focus on the techniques rather then battle physical strength to the maximal level , I love attending Johns classes I try maintain my day week attendance and I hope this review encourages people to join it's the real deal !

I tend to call him Master, he is an Instructor with Clarity and so great on practical techniques. Over seven years i have trained with John and gained lots of Wisdom and great techniques in Martial Arts that make me feel secure and confident.
