Love this place! I've been going here almost a year now and have never experienced a more encouraging group of coaches and people. The coaches have helped me changed my lifestyle and hit new person records every week. Couldn't recommend it more to anyone considering getting back into weights or adding exercise into their routine! :)

Great place if you want to really exercise and have fun at the same time. There are many times available during the day so you can make it work in your schedule no matter how busy it is. Coaches are always happy to explain and help and the place is huge and comfortable for exercising.

Phenomenal gym!! I loved it there!! Did a drop in while visiting. They were so accommodating and friendly! Strongly recommend this box!! Keep up the great work CFA!!
