I am loving this place so far. The trainers really push you to the limit. They also correct people on their form or technique when needed. All the trainers and staff treat you well and are ultra friendly.

I arrived all nervous but was received very warmly by Ryan the owner and fellow members and felt like I belonged immediately. . After doing the necessities I was wrapped up and ready for my first class 🥊 . The workout was INSANE but super enjoyable with great energy and awesome music!!! Ps there is an inhouse DJ!!! . Every time I felt like slacking I was motivated and cheered on by the trainer Romo and even Ryan joined in the class and giving me pep talks throughout. . Certainly not like any other gym I visited. I instantly felt like I belonged. . Looking forward to this journey! And have already booked my classes for this month.
