This gym might be small, but that tends to work in its favor. There is a real sense of community, with trainers and employees who truly care about you and your fitness goals. Tommy is an incredible guy. He uses humor to motivate and has deep knowledge about health, workouts, form, etc. Like most everything else in this valley, however, it's a bit pricey. I wish I could still afford to be a member!

I love this gym. The owners are top notch & have done amazing things for this facility. The instructors are excellent and very motivating. The March madness challenge (and all the challenges they do) are really fun and inspiring. Thanks Endorphin for pushing me that much harder & making it fun!

This place is amazing. I think I speak for our Community when I say thank you Chris & Corina Lindley for bringing Endorphin to Eagle Ranch. You brought us back to life. The gym has never seen this much activity. The diversity of the class schedule is something you would see in the city. There's something for everyone. They are focused on their members, offering classes, programs & challenges that keep us coming back for more day after day. I am currently the fittest I've ever been physically and mentally. If you haven't given this place or these people a try, you are missing out. Come be part of our tribe.

If you are looking to get into shape, work hard and have some fun then this is the place! The endorphin staff is AMAZING! The classes are hard but there is something for everyone - young and old. HIIT, Spin, Strength training, yoga, core, TRX, hip hop etc... and they keep adding more! Give this place a try! Your body and mind will thank you!
