Just a really poor and combative attitude when I called today asking about my potential for approval. Called a different office and they were much more thoughtful and empathetic. He was arrogant in speaking about my very rare and complicated condition of which he didn’t even ask very relevant and important questions like whether I was at risk for further blood clots.
