Kicked Up Fitness will not just change your body, it will change your thinking, which will ultimately change your life. The way that Coach Kirby approaches EACH client is incredible given his attention to detail. Whether in a group session or a single session, "Coach K" makes you feel as if you've got all of his focus. Additionally, not only is he an excellent trainer, expertly knowledgeable about the physiology of the body, but he also treats his staff is in a way that is impeccable. It is rare to find a leader that cares so much about the clients, the staff, and the business...balancing it all without missing a single beat. The facilities are never less than 10 out of 10 when it comes to cleanliness. And, most importantly I'd say, the ethos of the gym is one that is encouraging, inspiring, and welcoming to all. Run as quickly as you can to this gym and bring as many people with you as you can: trust me, you'll be glad you did!
Great trainers , best nutritionist in the business not to big not to small .. plenty of classes to choose from all day access and plenty of parking @iamjazztheceo #Thedappersecurityguard
I love going to this gym. I always get a good workout(Thank you Jessy!) and the people are awesome.
Nice facilities & clientele-focused gym. The trainers are friendly, certified, professional, and on top of their game here (esp Jessy!). I haven’t taken any of the cardio kickboxing classes here yet, but there always seems to be a good turn-out, and worthwhile sessions. Put in the work, and you will get the results.
Best, cleanest, and most friendly gym I have been been too! Trainers and staff know what they're doing and are super helpful! Highly recommend!!
