Paying for a shower? Yes, every shower costs €0.50 here. If you train regularly, you will spend more per month on showers alone than on your entire Waternet bill. Cash coins only, no card payments. The gym itself is large with plenty of machines, but the equipment is clearly aimed at beginners. If you are just starting out, it will satisfy you. Even at this size, you may still find yourself waiting for machines during busy hours, the space could have been planned better. The lockers are among the smallest I have ever seen. Plan to use two at a time and bring two locks. Weight plates are currently in short supply. Since the gym just opened, I hope they add more soon. Overall, this has been a late and underwhelming launch. The space has potential, but the gaps are hard to ignore. Some fundamental priorities need to change, charging extra for a basic shower is a good place to start. With some real improvements, it could become a solid option. Right now, it is not there yet.
