I've been training at BodyLab Fitness for several months now and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. I found trainer Robert on the recommendation of my daughter, who also trained there and quickly achieved the desired results. The approach is completely personalized and professional, meaning the training results are quickly visible. And the atmosphere is fantastic.

Do Bodylab chodzę już od 6 lat. Nie wyobrażam sobie innego miejsca do treningów! To pierwsze miejsce po którym widzę efekty ćwiczeń, w końcu mięśnie brzucha są widoczne :) Robert jest bardzo zaangażowanym trenerem, który indywidualnie dopasowuje trening do możliwości i co ważne zwraca uwagę na najmniejsze szczegóły w wykonywaniu ćwiczeń. 20 minut zastępuje długi trening na siłowni a efekty są spektakularne. Ogromna polecajka! :)

Returning to physical activity was a challenge for me, but I found BodyLab, where I found true support. Trainer Robert proved indispensable, caring not only for my training plan and well-being, but also for my motivation. The atmosphere is pleasant and pressure-free, and training sessions are individually led – each exercise is supervised by a trainer, who improves technique and provides further motivation. Most importantly, after a month of regular training, I noticed improvements in my fitness and performance.

Klub, w którym poczułam się dobrze od pierwszego dnia. Przesympatyczny i profesjonalny trener, który potrafi zmotywować nawet tak oporne sportowo osoby jak ja :) rozmaite plany treningowe dostosowane do indywidualnych potrzeb i przyjazna atmosfera sprawiają, że na pewno tu wrócę. Polecam z czystym sumieniem.
