I joined training at Strength Project with Hamail almost a year and a half postpartum, after trying other gyms that just did not work for me. My core was extremely weak, I had pain in my feet due to poor support and arch issues, and even basic movements felt like a struggle. I was honestly unsure how to rebuild strength safely. It has now been almost a year of training here, and the difference is very real. My legs feel much stronger, I have more energy through the day, and I am able to do so much more without discomfort. It has also been a huge mood lifter, which I truly value. Hamail has a very calm and encouraging approach. She creates a space where you can focus on yourself and disconnect from everything else. She listens, takes feedback seriously, and plans sessions accordingly, while still pushing you gently towards progress. The space itself is a big part of the experience. It is a women-only gym and genuinely feels safe and welcoming. What stands out is that training here is not generic. It is tailored to each person, whether that means rehab, going slow, or working around specific challenges. Seeing women of all ages training comfortably is also very motivating. I would recommend Hamail and Strength Project to anyone, especially women looking to rebuild strength in a thoughtful and supportive environment.

I’ve had a great experience at The Strength Project. It’s a well maintained gym with a positive and motivating environment, which makes it easy to stay consistent. One of the standout things here is the quality of the trainers. I previously trained with Sadaf and Maheen, and both were incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping me improve. Right now, I’m training with Amna, who has been just as amazing— very attentive, encouraging, and great at tailoring workouts to my goals. She brings such great energy to every session and creates a really positive and focused vibe that makes training so much more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a fantastic place whether you’re just starting out or already experienced.

I’ve experienced group and personal training at the Strength Project and both have been amazing. Each trainer has her strengths but they all offer such tailored workouts, attention and advice that it’s always a pleasure working out with them. Sadaf has been the most brilliant support and her focus on strengthening my pain points has proven so beneficial for me! Can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve been training at TSP for quite some time now, and the experience has been great. The trainers are highly professional and consistently go the extra mile to keep you motivated. What I appreciate most is that it’s an all-girls space, it creates a sense of comfort and safety, making it completely non-judgmental. It is also very well-maintained and clean, which just adds to the overall positive vibe.

A much needed women’s only gym in the city of Karachi. I’ve been using this facility on my visits to Karachi and I can definitely recommend this place. The facility is clean and well equipped. The trainers are really knowledgeable and helpful and can also assist with rehabilitation if needed. I’ve worked with 2 trainers, Amna and Maheen and both have been great. Give this place a try. It is sure to meet your expectations!
