The stretching classes are amazing! Fibi is a great coach. Not only she has a broad knowledge but also a great attitude. It's a proper training with a warm up. I recommend it to everyone who wants to progress with their flexibility.
Streching and gymnastic classes are really good especially if you work with computer and have a back pain. I highly recommend!
I'm very glad I came back to the stretching and gymnastics lessons after the break. It has been working wonders for my back pain. The location is also great. The lessons are quite long (1,5h) but I think it's the sweet spot to go though all different muscles group. The lessons are constantly improved upon to give the best results.
I'm glad my friend told me about this place when I had a back-pain issue being a lazy office plankton! After first class of 2 hours of Gymnastics I had a great feeling of being alive and felt all my muscles I never used before! 😂 Thanks Pawel also for sharing your knowledge on how to improve my muscles functioning while at home and on which points actually I need to work to get rid of the pain in another place! Ahaha how everything is connected in the body and we not always know what is the real source of the problem! Highly recommended to get disciplined and improve your posture and flexibility 💪
I joined this group in October 2019. I work in IT, so sitting all time in front of monitor and lack of physical exercises affected my health. These lessons helped me to revert changes back and keep me fit now. Thanks a lot
