Love Michael and Cathy! I've been athletic my entire life but as I hit my 40's I realized what I had been doing was no longer working and I was putting on weight no matter what I did. I also just felt sluggish and dragging through my day. I've been working with Michael for almost 9 months and I'm amazed at how my body has changed!
Michael is great, very flexible with my schedule ,and provides training programs that are tailored to my goals. Highly recommend.
Very rude man. Had a work delivery and my work gps had his business address. I had no reason to believe I was at the wrong place. Went in and said I have a delivery for Jen. Older man I’m assuming he’s the owner or manager said no no no, do I look like I eat take out! I could literally see it in his eyes this man was genuinely upset I walked into his empty business with no clients and mistakenly had the wrong place. To that old man: first of all no body cares what you eat. Second I was looking for a Jen and maybe there was another employee there. Third maybe this was an opportunity for you to sales pitch a potential new client as you clearly need the business. You could have handed me a business card and act like a professional.
