I just finished my first free training session at the club in Bródno (Targówek). The trainer was completely professional. Every exercise was demonstrated by the trainer. My health issues were taken into account and everything was explained clearly. Great atmosphere. No judgment or arrogance. I recommend it. I joined the club on the recommendation of someone who trains in Białołęka.

I warn everyone about this place! There are no ethical standards, no empathy, and they completely mislead customers. My grandmother, Krystyna, was assured by a club employee during her first trial visit that the contract could be terminated at any time. When it turned out that her daughter Magda was seriously ill (glioma), she went to the club with her daughter, who had just undergone extensive brain surgery, to formally close the matter and terminate the contracts. The way they were treated at that time is beyond comprehension. Instead of empathy, understanding, and immediate contract cancellation, the club employee took the next two months' worth of money from the seriously ill woman in advance! Of course, nothing was signed at the time, and both women were assured that the matter was closed. Unfortunately, the club failed to complete the formalities in its system. My aunt Magda recently passed away, and LadiesGym - instead of respecting her grief and acknowledging the staff's mistake - initiated the debt collection agency Winkor on the elderly, ailing woman, demanding over 1,500 PLN. Worst of all, the official response from LadiesGym headquarters to this entire situation is pure sloppy behavior - they callously replied that the matter had been forwarded to an external debt collection agency and that we should contact them! The club completely washes its hands of its own employees' mistakes. The matter is now being referred to the Consumer Ombudsman and the media. Avoid this club if you don't want to deal with callousness, fraud, and a complete lack of humanity during the most difficult moments of life. This is embarrassing and outrageous behavior.

Tragic, no parking, winter - 16 there is nowhere to park so I park somewhere near the Bródnowski Forest, I walk from there 10 minutes and kiss the door handle because I have an appointment for 3 p.m. I arrive at 3 p.m. it's closed, then at 7 a lady comes and opens the window, I knock, she didn't bother to open it for me, I wait until 14:45, she doesn't open because she said she would open at 3 p.m. What a disaster, the customer service is dramatic, no greetings.

Rozszczarowanie. Umówiłam się na pierwsze spotkanie. Okazało się, że nie ma nigdzie parkingu. Jeździłam dookoła szukając miejsca. Cały czas próbowałam się dodzwonić na dwa numery telefonu nikt nie odbierał, wysłałam SMS-a - także brak reakcji.Wytrwale szukałam miejsc. Zaparkowalam gdzieś na trawie przy lasku Bródnowskim, spóźniona wpadłam, zaś pani stwierdziła , że już nie ma dla mnie czasu i może mnie umówić na inny termin. Do klubu z Białołęki mam 16 km. Czyli w dwie strony 32 km. Śnieżyca, wiatr, brak parkingu, brak jakiejkolwiek kontaktu. Nie zaproponowała nawet żebym sama pocwiczyła nic,po prostu powiedziała, że dziś musi mi odmówić wizyty. N moje pytanie o parking - tylko skomentowala, że tak jest na ul. Kondratowicza. Zawiódł się całkowicie. Biegł z pracy, dzwoniłam, pisałam a tu wypowiedzian sucho informacja, że nie ma dla mnie czasu. To był mój pierwszy dzień w życiu w którym zdecydowałam się na zapis do klubu/siłowni....
