Advantages: *new machines *it's a relatively empty gym so you can work on whatever machines you want *parking space in front of the gym *staff ok Disadvantages: *opening time is very late *it's closed from 2pm to 4pm, again something that can affect your gym schedule. (if you come at 2:20pm you're warned that it closes at 2pm :(..) *weekends are closed. *after 12pm you suffocate because of the heat *quite disappointed with the treadmills and bikes. Advice: Make a more extensive program, eliminate that 2-hour break in the middle of the day and keep it open on weekends too.
