An excellent gym - I particularly love the gym classes, with a great range inc boxing, circuits and strength training. Fantastic trainers and staff, wonderful and supportive community, we all know one another by name and cheer each other on. The best fun and a joy to visit- which I do on a very regular basis! Fully recommend!
After being a member of this gym since January I feel I can finally write a review!! Having been a member of a few big chain gyms before (and not liked the atmosphere very much!) when I wanted to get back to the gym I thought I would give this one a try. I went down, Natalie showed me around,I loved what I saw so I went home and joined that day! The best praise I can give this gym is by using the film "Dodgeball" I see all the other big chain corporate gyms as Globo gym with its highly intimidating atmosphere, unhelpful staff and members with so many people packed in it's hard to get on anything. l see this gym as Average Joe's. The slightly smaller group of gyms but much more user friendly . The staff are nice,helpful,always smiling and happy to see you. The other members always say hello and help with anything if you need it. The atmosphere is always good and there's always something going on. It's a friendly place where I look forward to going even after a busy 10 hour day at work. Thank you to Reflexions for making it fun to get back into working out again!! 👍🏻
Love my gym. Staff are exceptional + super friendly. Great gym if you want to avoid the busy commercial ones and just get on with your workout. Other members friendly also. Old timer showed me the ropes. Would recommend this gym to anyone. A++++++
Great class by Michelle, staff great and gym had everything I needed for a good work out. Swimming pool was an excellent added bonus
I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. DO NOT COME HERE if you have special needs children as they will not accommodate for them. I was told to let my severely Autistic child go in the changing rooms ALONE as I wasn’t allowed to go in with him. There are no disabled changing room facilities/cubicles which I find extremely discriminating and appalling especially with the number of children who enjoy swimming but have special needs! The man on reception was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I will be making a formal complaint.
