Very famous and old health club in Rohtak. You will get lots of different exercise machines inside it. Many members joined this gym. It is near to M. D. University and Medical more so many students also join it keep them fit and healthy. Good one to join if you are looking for nice gym.
It's a no nonsense gym for fitness enthusiasts. Some machines do need a fix or replacement probably but otherwise the equipments are decent and they have a good dedicated trainer too. Can do better on the music and ventilation part.
Cardio machines are old now. A decent gym in Rohtak but not that great. Music quality is average and songs selection is very poor. You won't get any kind of "Josh" during the exercise. How's the josh?? In Chand Gym?? Down Sir 😏
The Cardio machines are too old, they aren't upgrading the machines. Some of them are even out of order, some have a huge fault. Like the cycle resets every minute no matter how hard you try. The songs they play are like someone is dealing with a heavy heartbreak issue. Their weight training section is good though. Still they need to upgrade the gym according to today's time. Not worth in ₹1500 per month.
