I'm absolutely thrilled with the prenatal Pilates classes. They're incredibly comprehensive and perfectly tailored to each stage of pregnancy. We work on full-body strength (arms, legs, glutes), mobility and joint health (hands, wrists, ankles, hips), stretching, breathing, pelvic floor exercises, and childbirth preparation. The instructor, Maria José, is very approachable and professional. She makes you feel comfortable at all times, and I'm learning so much from her, both about pregnancy and preparing for labor. The classes make me feel stronger, more agile, and much more connected to my body and my baby. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any expectant mother who wants to take care of herself and prepare well for childbirth. It's a total success! I started in week 20 and I'm so happy! 🥰
