The yoga classes and yoga instructors are awesome. Polite staff. Just the steam sauna is not working like Celebrity Fitness midvally’s.
Great classes and awesome trainers. The steam room took months to fix but it is fixed now. Hopefully it doesn't breakdown again.

Nice place for gym goers. Less waiting time for equipment too. One special to note for this place is the small food corner that they serve.
Large gym. Nice and large locker room with steam room and sauna but the workout area is too warm and some of the equipment is starting to age. One day RM 69 pass is a bit pricey
