F45 has quickly become a favorite of mine. I have high expectations of specialty gyms and where I invest my time and money in personal health. These workouts are often very challenging and are always different. I really like the option of high-intensity cardio, as well as strength training with with a variety of equipment and heavy weights. These trainers are some of personal favorites in St. Louis. I appreciate their attention to detail, especially with regard to COVID procedures. Overall, an excellent facility.
F45 is a awesome overall workout in a comfortable setting! The trainers are very supportive of any modifications needed to suite my abilities. I feel very comfortable with all of their safety protocols they have in place during this time.
MY FAVORITE WORKOUT PLACE!! Every time I am in from college, I make sure to go there. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. The energy is unbeatable, and the workouts are so creative and fun. Time fly's every time I am there. Love this place, wish there was one in my college town!!
The workouts are never the same and the trainers are always pushing you to work harder. F45 has a very supportive team environment that can also tailor workouts to one's specific needs. 10/10 highly recommend checking F45 Des Peres out!
Great atmosphere. Great workout routine. Plenty of time slots to choose from that fit what I have going on that day. Great diversity of exercises and themes for the workouts. Instructors are positive, fun, and motivating! App is very easy to use and navigate.
