How fortunate that I discovered Brigitte's yoga class by accident about two years ago. It was their hours that finally inspired me for yoga and still do it today. Although I have only been a few times participating in yoga in Füssen, it has always been a nice and enjoyable experience. Brigitte manages to promote any kind of yogi, beginner or professional. It explains variations on how to make the exercises more difficult or easier and corrects bad posture effectively. The focus of the lesson is on the physical exercises. But you notice, just by the concentration and dedication, with our white / se yoga teacher in the matter is that there is more behind it than just fitness. I am looking forward to getting to know the other offers from Brigitte and to visiting the other yoga classes that Brigitte warmly recommended.

I have been doing yoga for many years, but Brigitte is the perfect yoga teacher for me: she knows a lot through in-depth training, is a great instructor, her hours are deep and enjoyable. The asanas are often accompanied by music, with suitable mantras. Her open, attentive nature attracts many people, so the courses are always well attended. Due to the different courses everyone from beginners to advanced is in good hands!
