Best gym around, Open 24/7 - Best staff, Best people!
This gym is a nice place to work out! You can go anytime as it's open 24/7, it's clean, they have an array of machines between 2 giant rooms, and the staff is really nice. It's never crowded at all when I go (which varies). I'd definitely give this gym a try!
The Good: -24 hour access that's hard to find elsewhere -Nice steam room that is almost always operational -Good amount of new equipment -Not usually too crowded -Fellow members are kind and respectful -Plenty of bench press/squat rack setups -Typically very clean The Bad: -Passive aggressive notes from management plastered throughout the facility -Only 1 single person restroom for each gender The Ugly: -Staff ensures the return of missing equipment that never shows -If you want to cancel your membership, you must do so in person Overall, it's an above average gym. Nothing stellar. Nothing horrible.
Awful customer service. Will not answer the phone, does not respond to emails and will leave texts on read. All while they take your money and refuse access to the gym
I’ve tried to sign up at this gym several times over the last year or so as it’s much closer to my house than my current gym. I give up every time because their website is absolutely abysmally designed and unusable.
