My daily gym when in Paris. Has everything it needs to be and good equipment. No squat rack but not a showstopper. Good mix of people and guess what the neoness team all speak English :-)

Weightlifting room is very good, there are more than one bench ;) Downsides : - there are no Squat rack! Whhhyy and how? This is basic. Remove 1 of 2 smith machines and change it squat rack please. - no mirrors. Super wired. it’s hard to to keep eye on your good posture without mirror. But ok i get it it’s a club policy. To someone who made this rule: DO YOU EVEN LiFT ? :) My suggestion. Remove those unnecessary machines from functional area and make it 25%bigger its sometimes gets crowded which makes jumping difficult. Change one smith machine to squat rack so we won’t have to use incline bench to do squats!

Great reasonably priced fitness centre. Super group classes with low-key atmosphere and professional instructors. Rather barebones but hey, that's it's aim, to be functional more than luxurious. Does the job. Slight downside is that for the showers you have to push the button every 30 seconds or so. Otherwise, it's clean and pleasant.
