F45 Training South Orem

It's been more than 5 years that I have felt motivated to get back into shape. My niece referred me to this program and seeing the amazing results in her and her family who also have membership, I was sold in trying this fitness program out. The training coaches really were great and pushed me to my limits (on the verge of puking at times lol). Jason and Lexi were my fave! You also have an accountability coach. I loved the workouts and the occasional personal training opportunities given during the 45 minutes. It's intense but fun! Overall, while I found this opportunity was equally geared towards building their business, it was as much about helping us grow as individuals.

This has been the best gym I’ve ever gone to!! Everyone is so friendly and I don’t feel judged when I workout there. The trainers there are my favorite!! They’re super fun and motivating! The team setup pushes you to work harder than you would on your own. I’m in the best shape of my life!! Thanks to my F45 fam!

I LOVE working out here! The trainers/staff are so motivating and I actually look forward to working out (which isn’t typical for me 😂) It’s a family-like environment that keeps me coming back for more. The workouts are challenging, and continue to help me meet my postpartum fitness goals. I feel STRONG! I thoroughly enjoy going to F45 here in Orem. The workouts are challenging, never the same, and therefore, never boring. The trainers not only push you, but also help correct form and always have modifications for exercises if needed (I’ve had shoulder surgery and the trainers know how to modify in order to help with that). I really do feel stronger and just better in general since doing their workouts.

F45 is fantastic!! The trainers, classes, and meal plan are so effective! I lost 24.5 pounds in 6 weeks and loved my experience. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a transformation and a good fitness routine: look into F45! The salesman at the end of the challenge was not very tactful and it felt pretty pressured but besides that, I would highly recommend F45.
