Istruttori di alto livello se non fosse stato per Ignazio mio figlio non si sarebbe ripreso da un brutto infortunio alla schiena. 4 anni di fisioterapia niente Ignazio in pochi mesi è riuscito a rimetterlo in piedi sia fisicamente che mentalmente. Onorata di far parte di questa palestra che assomiglia più ad una famiglia
Ottima palestra completa di tutto, buona varietà di corsi e discipline, personale e preparatori da 110elode. Corsi specifici per bambini/e e ragazzi/e. Ambiente pulitissimo e sanificatori mani e scarpe posti all'ingresso della sala con consiglio di utilizzo di scarpe esclusivamente per la palestra dove possibile. Consigliatissimo.
I joined this gym by chance and have been going there for about three years now. The atmosphere is primarily healthy, family-friendly, and very professional. Elvira is a truly exceptional person, very welcoming and genuine. She surrounds herself with a knowledgeable and motivated staff. I take Pilates classes with Amalia, a very determined and determined instructor; posture classes with Roberta, a very sweet but determined instructor; and functional classes with Alessandro, an instructor for whom it's effortless. Finding an environment like this is very difficult, so I recommend everyone at least try it.
