Yogarise Covent Garden

This is a lovely yoga space in the heart of covent garden. The facilities are basic but all you need and the yoga studio is a great size. What will keep me coming back here, though, is the incredible instructor I had, Amy Chilver. She creates such a warm, calm and welcoming environment and even though the classes are large you really feel like you get one on one time with her, be it with adjustments during the practice, the relaxing head massage during savasana or her answering any individual questions you have after class. She is definitely the best yoga instructor I have experienced throughout all my years of yoga. So I'd recommend the studio and highly recommend any of Amy's classes.

I go to lots of yoga studios in London. This is my favourite because of the teachers and the super friendly reception staff. They have two rooms on hot and one not, it’s not so rammed you are all one top of each other and most of the classes are fairly mixed in experience, I would really recommend this place. Recently changed to Yogarise ownership, they have a couple more studios I've not tried the others. It is still brilliant by far the friendliest central London studio and still (or even more so) great teachers). I recommend you try it..beginner or seasoned yogi there is something for everyone here.

Best yoga experience I have ever had! Visited the studio only once to try the Dynamic hot yoga. The yoga instructor was brilliant, she created an amazing atmosphere. The studio is also very nice, clean and well-located. Will come again!

Great spot for traveling yogis! Not a “spa” yoga experience but lots of diverse styles of yoga lead by amazing instructors. Love Love Love the CORK mats. Having nice cork mats as a sweaty person like me allows max grip / no slip! The shower can take a bit to figure out but that’s par for the course as an American trying to work U.K. plumbing. Nice receptionist and welcoming greetings every time. Fun community of nice peoples go to this studio. I will be back the next time I’m in London...

Awesome experience at Yotopia yoga studio. The studio is at first floor and has large windows for filling it with natural light. The teachers are very professional, they have appointed only the most experienced teachers there. Workout mats are available for rent or can buy one at reception. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend to everyone.
