I have just recently attended the most incredibly uplifting, inspirational "free dance" session with Robyn at Zenko aptly named MOVE. Absolutely cannot wait for the next one....thankyou so much Robyn for guiding us and sharing your joy amongst such a beautiful , like minded group of women. Zenko is truly the most nurturing, healing place we are all so lucky to have access to. Such an inclusive, special part of our beautiful community. Thankyou Robyn!!!
ZENKO is a place that I always come back to in times of challenges and transition. I feel grounded , safe and at home. The community is welcoming and heartfelt. I've going to ZENKO since 2020. The teachers are elite quality , compassionate and caring. Highly recommend. Through years of struggling to create a consistent practice, I feel that ZENKO has always created a safe space for me to come back to which has been super helpful to stay focused and motivated. So much gratitude.
Bought a holiday pass at Zenko while I was in town for a holiday and I am so glad I did. Every teacher has a unique spark and a huge depth of knowledge. I felt both grounded and challenged in every class. The people here are warm and friendly and the space is absolutely gorgeous and sun-filled! If you're looking for a place to practice authentic, heard-led yoga, this is it!
For anyone on the fence about trying a class here, I want to encourage you to give this studio a try. From my first class here, to now having met many of the teachers and the owner as well, I can confidently say this is a safe and nurturing place to come and enjoy your yoga - whatever that means for you. Love the super-affordable Thursday night community classes! Park in front of Acres Noosa, then walk around the left side of the Acres building and the entrance is on your left just a bit ahead.
