This is a branch of the YMCA of South Hampton Roads. It's *very* small, 4 treadmills, a half-dozen elipticals, 20 pieces of nautilus equipment, dumbells, and free weight benches. There are some perks though! First, free towel service is available for their full service locker room, which includes shower stalls, lockers and a sauna! This location is also the perfect launching point for an outside run along the Elizabeth river. You can depart, run to Blocker YMCA location and back for an easy 5k. Staff is friendly, but the locker rooms are tight during lunch. Coming before or after work though is like having your own private gym!
