Fit Cake is one of those places that proves that "diet" doesn't mean bland. The cheesecake has a firm, creamy consistency, not crumbly, and yet not dry. The flavor is natural, slightly vanilla, without that chemical note often found in "fit" sweets. The cream on top does the trick, and the blueberries add freshness. The chocolate cake is where the real punch comes in. The layers are distinct, the cream delicate, slightly cocoa-flavored, and not sweetened. The nuts on top add texture and create a nice contrast. Most importantly, it doesn't feel "sugar-free." There's no artificial sweetener that overwhelms the flavor. Everything is balanced. This isn't a "healthy but meh" compromise - it's simply a good cake that also has a better ingredient list.

Over the years this place has been many things, none of them seem to last but I think this just might... I'm from England, and so I'm not particularly picky when it comes to cakes, it would have to be really bad for me to not like it, and over the years I've tried all types of cakes from gluten free, egg free to sugar free and traditional lard cakes. I purposefully gave myself a week of no sugar going into this taste test as I wanted to have adjusted my pallet. My opinion? AMAZING. First the freshness of the cakes combine with the ingredients all working together on the tongue to make each bite a genuinely pleasurable experience which you'll want to share with family or friend's. I've been back and forth to Poland for years and this has been my favourite cake by far, among all the makowiec, and Serniks which I love, these are still better - you really need to try this place! I spoke in English and there were no issues, I felt comfortable that I could discuss any diet requirements with the cashier and did not feel pressured. I think recent negative reviews are from people who eat sugar all of the time, if you've just stuffed your face with a KitKat then you're not going to pick up the complex & delicate flavours from these cakes. My only negatives would be.. 1. The price is too much, I'd never drop £4+ on a slice of cake in England - those prices would make eyes water 2. The place is too hot, you can see the peanut butter splitting and creating a film of oil - I would not buy these. 3. I know we are now in the months where Polish people believe that a minute in the cold will bring death upon you but for those of us with warm blood and outside sitting area would have been nice!

Three stars for the gentleman's (presumably the owner's) willingness. A visit to this place left much to be desired. The cake was sugar-free - I wasn't expecting Raffaello flavor here - but it was simply tasteless, completely bland :( I was with a group of three friends, each of whom ordered something different, and unfortunately, the experience was the same. We also ordered coffees - we waited over 15 minutes for them (the coffee was also unappetizing), despite there being no other customers. Despite the staff's sincere efforts and friendly attitude, the wait time for our order, the taste of the products, the coffee, and the overall experience left a rather mediocre impression.
