The Dippers disabled swimming club use this facility on Saturday afternoons.Great for those that might be recouping after a hip opp for example,and has been advised that gentle water based exercise would help. Lift to get into water available

Air con is never switched on (especially in classes) teachers are always late for class (not sure how they havent figured out they need to leave time to park yet) studios are never opened when teachers are running late so there is no time to set up equipment in advance which delays classes more, there are never any staff members on the gym floor. Class registers never taken which means there are always more people in the class than can fit, i have been knocked by someone elses weights in body pump and when i complained it was too crowded and dangerous lady on reception said 'yes it was busy' didnt care less about health and safety. I only contine to come here as I can walk. Such sinple things could improve this place but overall staff complacency lets it down.
